I’m not hoping for much.  Just a place to post my thoughts and anything I may write as well as a tool to reach more and more people.  The internet is a vast place, with plenty of opporunity.  I’m just trying to leave my mark (however small and insignificant) on it.

Today, I came home from a short day of classes and decided to write an article about the video game trading site Goozex. I posted links to it on a couple of forums, Goozex’s Twitter account “tweeted” about it, I shared it with a few friends on Facebook. And it started to click. I had long known the internet was an immensely powerful tool when it came to spreading news and ideas, but the quick spreading of my own article was my first experience with it. This helped it to really make sense for the first time.

So going forward with this blog, I’ll be posting links to sites I frequent, my own articles, and whatever else I find that interests me. The blog itself is just me experimenting with the various ways of spreading these links and trying to keep track of the ripple effect of the internet as a whole.
